"We spent two years searching extensively up and down the Jersey Shore, essentially every other weekend, looking at multiple houses, summer, fall, winter and spring, and Tricia was with us all the way. In this market one must act quickly, and Tricia would send us new listings as soon as they became available, and if they fell within our parameters/price range, she made herself available, often the same day and if not, then the day following. Even in cases where there was an open house, Tricia would urge us to see the property privately, with her, so that we could spend more time and not feel rushed or crowded (especially valued during Covid). She is very knowledgeable, and would point out potential problems that we might not otherwise have noticed (I knew nothing about knob and tube wiring before I met her) as well as some hidden values that were easy to miss (e.g. places where PVC piping that had replaced cast iron). She could often tell us something about the history of the house, the current and past owners, etc., details that helped us make more informed decisions. I never felt that she was trying to "sell" us a property - rather, she was completely focused on whether or not the home fit our needs. When we finally found our dream house, she coached us very effectively through the process, suggesting a number of ways of making our bid more attractive while keeping us within budget, and it the end it worked! She remained very involved after we bought the house, helping us navigate attorney review, negotiation, escrow, insurance, oil tank inspections, and a myriad of other issues that would have been overwhelming without her help. Tricia is experienced, knowledgable, patient, of unimpeachable character and integrity, and she has our unreserved and enthusiastic recommendation!" Lisa & Jacob
